Hawsed ("we," "us," "our") provides legal advisory and litigation support services in corporate law, compliance, and business counsel throughout Germany. Services are rendered on a retainer, project, or hourly basis as agreed in writing.
Engagement with Hawsed creates an attorney-client relationship governed by German law and subject to professional confidentiality rules. We reserve the right to decline or terminate representation at any time with written notice.
Fees are invoiced monthly and due within 14 days. Late payment may incur interest at 8% per annum. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter.
All client communications and information are protected by attorney-client privilege. We do not disclose confidential information without client consent, except as required by law or regulatory obligation.
Hawsed's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We process personal data only as necessary to provide legal services. Clients have rights of access, correction, and deletion under GDPR Article 15-21. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of German courts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law and the Professional Code (Berufsordnung) for German attorneys.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
